Let's be honest, I'd rather have a level 100 Noorouh than a level 100 Mizan (Not saying that Noorouh is bad I truly would rather have a Noorouh in terms of stats). Looking at the stats, Mizan's are pretty garbage. I think that the important thing about Primes is that there are certain ways that the developers had designed them to be used for example:
Yeah I used to use a level 100 Aerialanx as my main Creo, and then I got my first Mizan and got that up to 100 but it dies extremely easily, even to lower level Creo in the Coliseum.
